Palo Verde Boat Tours.

Palo Verde Boat Tours is located 41 kilometers (25.4 miles) from the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), in the town of Ortega, Bolsón (Santa Cruz, Guanacaste).

At this site we will take a 1:30-minute tour through the mangrove swamp and enjoy bird watching such as: pink spatula heron, tiger heron, Jabiru Mycteria, needle duck, heron, cattle heron, gray heron, scarlet macaws, mammals such as howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys and large crocodiles.

After doing this beautiful boat tour, we return to have lunch of typical food cooked over firewood, at Dalila's Restaurant. Finally, after having enjoyed the food on this site, we will make a review of Archeology in the Canton of Filadelfia. As an option, if the client wishes, we will make a small souvenir stop. In this way we will return to the starting point from the beginning.
