Palo Verde Boat Tours.

Palo Verde Boat Tours is located 41 kilometers (25.4 miles) from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), in the town of Ortega, Bolsón (Santa Cruz, Guanacaste).

At this site we will take a 1:30 minute tour through the mangrove and enjoy possible bird sightings such as: pink spoonbill heron, tiger heron, Jabiru Mycteria, needle duck, grey heron, white heron, cattle egret, scarlet macaws, mammals such as howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, anteaters, reptiles: common basilisk, iguanas, large crocodiles.

After taking this beautiful boat tour, we return to have lunch of typical food cooked over a wood fire, at Dalila's Restaurant. Finally, after having enjoyed the food at this site, we will review the Archaeology in the Canton of Filadelfia. As an option, if the client wishes, we will make a short souvenir stop. In this way we will return to the starting point from the beginning.
