Diriá Coffee Tour is located in Hojancha, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, 89 km (55.2 miles) from the Guanacaste Airport (LIR). This brand of the product with the name "Diría" represents the Matambú indigenous people; last descendants of Mesoamerican civilizations of Costa Rican territory who reside on the border between Hojancha and Nicoya. For 1:30 minutes, the experts will guide you through all the processes from the germination of the plant to the roasting and cupping process of the coffee. At the end of the tour there will be a coffee tasting with snacks. We will finish and head to enjoy a delicious Traditional lunch.
Then we will move to the center of the Canton where a short tour will be taken in the Nicoya Guanacaste park here we will see the church of San Blas de Nicoya, almost four centuries old, declared of historical-archaeological interest. The tour will end and we will return to the starting point.
Note: It depends on the client's place of stay. If you prefer, we will make a short visit to Santa Cruz Park or Filadelfia to see the beautiful archeology that stands out in these Cantons.
